Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsWhere a judgment directs an account of legacies, then, subject to any direction in the will or codicil or any order of the Court, interest shall be allowed on each legacy at the rate of eight per cent per annum from the end of one year after the testator's death.
