Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Except as otherwise provided by any Act and by this or any other Rule, Order 64 of Chapter I applies to an application for leave to appeal or an appeal under this Part.
(2) Where the context permits, Order 64 of Chapter
I applies as if in that Order a reference to an application or an appeal in
respect of a decision of a court were a reference to an application or appeal
in respect of a decision of a tribunal.
