SUPREME COURT (CHAPTERS I AND V AND LIBRARY AMENDMENTS) RULES 2023 (SR NO 95 OF 2023) - REG 6

    (1)     In Schedule 2 to the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 2023 ^[3] , after item 30 insert —

"30A

s. 459A

To order that an insolvent company be wound up in insolvency.".

    (2)     Item 37 of Schedule 2 to the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 2023 is revoked .
