Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) These Rules constitute Chapter VIII of the Rules of the Supreme Court and are entitled the Supreme Court (Intellectual Property) Rules 2016 .
(2) The object of these Rules is to re-make the Rules that constitute Chapter VIII of the Rules of the Supreme Court, regulating proceedings in relation to intellectual property.
