Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A party may, within 14 days after receipt of a copy of the report or within such further time as the Judge directs, apply for leave to cross-examine the Court expert on the report.
(2) The Judge may, on an application under paragraph (1), make an order for cross-examination of the Court expert face="Symbol">¾
(a) at the trial; or
(b) before such person and at such time and place as the Judge directs.
