SUPREME COURT (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) RULES 2016 (SR NO 107 OF 2016) - REG 5.02

In a proceeding for infringement of a registered trade mark, particulars of the infringement shall face="Symbol">¾

        (a)     specify the manner in which the trade mark is alleged to have been infringed; and

        (b)     give at least one instance of each type of infringement alleged.
