    (1)     In Form 61A of the Principal Rules—

        (a)     omit " TO ASSOCIATE JUDGE ";

        (b)     for "made to an Associate Judge" substitute "made to *an Associate Judge/*a judicial registrar";

        (c)     at the end of the Form insert "*Delete if not applicable".

    (2)     In Form 61B of the Principal Rules—

        (a)     omit " TO ASSOCIATE JUDGE ";

        (b)     for "made to an Associate Judge" substitute "made to *an Associate Judge/*a judicial registrar";

        (c)     at the end of the Form insert "*Delete if not applicable".

    (3)     In Form 61E of the Principal Rules—
