    (1)     In Rule 61.03(1)(b) and (3) of the Principal Rules after "Associate Judge" insert "or with a judicial registrar".

    (2)     In Rule 61.03(5) of the Principal Rules after "Associate Judge" insert "or a judicial registrar".
