SUPREME COURT (APPEALS TO THE TRIAL DIVISION, JUDICIAL REVIEW AND FURTHER POWERS OF JUDICIAL REGISTRARS AMENDMENT) RULES 2018 (SR NO 32 OF 2018) - REG 27

    (1)     In Rule 3A.03(1)(a) of the Supreme Court (Criminal Procedure) Rules 2017 omit "in writing".

    (2)     For Rule 3A.03(1)(b)(i) of the Supreme Court (Criminal Procedure) Rules 2017 substitute —

    "(i)     whether leave to appeal is required;

        (ia)     the order which is the subject of appeal;".
