In Rule 2.16 of the Principal Rules—

        (a)     in paragraph (1), for "After a notice of appeal or application for leave to appeal has been filed" substitute "After a full statement of the grounds of appeal has been filed under Rule 2.09";

        (b)     paragraphs (2) and (3) are revoked .
