For item 25 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations substitute —

        "     25     Land Act 1958

    25.1     A notice under section 90.

    25.2     A declaration under section 98(1).

    25.3     An Order under section 99A(1).

    25.4     A notice under section 136.

    25.5     An Order under section 137A(18).

    25.6     A declaration under section 137G(1).     ".
