SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION (TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1999 - EXTENSION OF OPERATION) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 90 OF 2009) - REG 3

The operation of the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 ^[1] is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 23 August 2010.
