SURVEYING (CADASTRAL SURVEYS) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 56 OF 2005) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to—

        (a)     prescribe standards for cadastral surveys;

        (b)     regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors;

        (c)     prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys.
