TRANSPORT (CONDUCT) AND (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT (PARK AND RIDE FACILITIES) REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 149 OF 2014) - REG 4

Amendment of objectives

r. 4

    (1)     In regulation 1(d)(iv) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 [1] , for "property." substitute "property;".

    (2)     After regulation 1(d) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 insert —

    "(e)     regulate the parking of motor vehicles at designated park and ride facilities.".
