TRANSPORT ACCIDENT AMENDMENT (HOME MODIFICATION AGREEMENT) REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 177 OF 2018) - REG 3

For regulation 11 of the Transport Accident Regulations 2017 ^[1] substitute —

        "     11     Prescribed limit for home modification payment by the Commission

The prescribed greater amount under section 60(5) of the Act for the purposes of section 60(4) of the Act is $50 000.".
