TRANSPORT (CONDUCT AND INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 123 OF 2008) - REG 1

Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are—

        (a)     to amend the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 to amend the offence of failing to obey traffic control devices and parking control signs; and

        (b)     to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to amend offence codes for touting and failing to obey traffic control devices and parking control signs.
