TRANSPORT (CONDUCT AND INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 123 OF 2008) - REG 3

For regulation 36(2) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 ^[1] , substitute —

    "(2)     A person who drives or rides a vehicle on rail premises must obey all parking control signs displayed or erected on the premises.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.

    (2A)     A person who drives or rides a vehicle on rail premises must obey all traffic control devices displayed or erected on the premises.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.".
