TRANSPORT (TAXI-CABS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 106 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the following Regulations as a consequence of the enactment of the Transport Integration Act 2010 —

        (a)         the Transport (Taxi-cab Industry Accreditation) Regulations 2007;

        (b)     the Transport (Taxi-Cab Licences - Market and Trading) Regulations 2005;

        (c)     the Transport (Taxi-cab Network Service Provider Accreditation Exemptions) Regulations 2007;

        (d)     the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 2005.
