TOBACCO (VICTORIAN HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION) (MEMBERSHIP AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 17 OF 2007) - REG 4

In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2006 ^[1] —

        (a)     for subregulation (a) substitute —

    "(a)     Professor Richard Smallwood, a person with expertise in health and illness prevention, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2008;";

        (b)     for subregulation (j) substitute —

    "(j)     Jerril Rechter, a person with expertise in the arts and arts administration, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2008;".
