TOBACCO (VICTORIAN HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 79 OF 2013) - REG 5

    (1)     For regulation 5(1)(e) of the Principal Regulations substitute —

    "(e)     for the purposes of section 21(1)(e) of the Act, Mr Stephen Walter.".

    (2)     For regulation 5(2) of the Principal Regulations substitute —

    "(2)     The appointment under subregulation (1)(e) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2013 and ending on 30 June 2018.".

    (3)     At the foot of regulation 5(3) of the Principal Regulations insert —

" Note

The appointments under subregulations (1)(a)(ii) and (iii) and (1)(b)(i), (ii) and (iv) and (1)(d) commenced on 1 July 2011.".

    (4)     For regulation 5(4) of the Principal Regulations substitute —

    "(4)     The appointments under subregulations (1)(a)(i), (1)(b)(iii) and (1)(c)(i) are for the period ending on 30 June 2016.".

    (5)     At the foot of regulation 5(4) of the Principal Regulations insert —

" Note

The appointments under subregulations (1)(a)(i), (1)(b)(iii) and (1)(c)(i) commenced on 1 July 2011.".

    (6)     After regulation 5(4) of the Principal Regulations insert —

    "(5)     The appointment under subregulation (1)(c)(ii) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2013 and ending on 30 June 2016.".
