TOBACCO (VICTORIAN HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2022 (SR NO 44 OF 2022) - REG 4

Appointment of members of Foundation

    (1)     For regulation 5(1)(c)(i) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 [1] substitute —

    "(i)     Mr Vedran Drakulic; and".

    (2)     In regulation 5(1)(d) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 , for "Ms Veronica Pardo" substitute "Ms Jamie Lewis".

    (3)     For regulation 5(4) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 substitute —

    "(4)         The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(a)(iii) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2022 and ending on 30 June 2027.".

    (4)     In regulation 5(8) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 , for "ending on 30 June 2023" substitute "commencing on 1 July 2022 and ending on 30 June 2025".

    (5)     After regulation 5(9) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 insert —

    "(9A)     The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(d) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2022 and ending on 30 June 2025.".
