TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 28 OF 2004) - REG 4

In regulation 101 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in paragraph (e), for "penalties." substitute "penalties; and";

        (b)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(f)     any other matter required, permitted or necessary to be prescribed by the Act.".
