TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) (PENALTIES) REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 90 OF 2004) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to prescribe—

        (a)     increased penalties for ticket and transport infringements;

        (b)     graduated penalties for repeat ticket and transport infringements;

        (c)     an increased penalty for a safety work infringement.
