TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 10 OF 2006) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to update an anti-smoking offence reference following a change to the substantive offence in the Transport Act 1983 .
