Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Safety Schemes Compliance and Enforcement) (Infringements) Regulations 2014—
(a) to make consequential amendments required due to amendments made to the Bus Safety Act 2009 by the Transport Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2021 ; and
(b) to make consequential amendments required due to amendments made to the Bus Safety Regulations 2020 by the Bus Safety Amendment Regulations 2022.
