A licence holder must ensure that the information, plates, signs, symbols, notices and other labels specified in column 1 of the table at the foot of this regulation are displayed in or on the tow truck to which the licence holder's tow truck licence relates when required as specified in column 2 of the table—
(a) in permanent form; and
(b) as required by the specific requirements (if any) specified in column 3 of the table.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
