TRANSPORT (PASSENGER VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 66 OF 2005) - REG 29

Operating equipment or vehicle

r. 29

A person must not, without the permission of the driver of the vehicle—

        (a)     move or attempt to move; or

        (b)     interfere or attempt to interfere with; or

        (c)     tamper or attempt to tamper with; or

        (d)     operate or attempt to operate—

the vehicle or any equipment on or in the vehicle.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.
