TRANSPORT (PASSENGER VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 66 OF 2005) - REG 59

No spitting

r. 59

    (1)     A person must not spit in or on a vehicle.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.

    (2)     A person must not spit at or on another person in or on a vehicle.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
