TRANSPORT (PASSENGER VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 66 OF 2005) - REG 63

No protrusion of body or object from vehicle

r. 63

A person in a vehicle that is in motion must not, without reasonable excuse, protrude a part of his or her body or another person's body or any object from a door, window or hatch of the vehicle.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
