UNCLAIMED MONEY REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 11 OF 2009) - REG 5

For the purposes of section 11(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed details to be included in the business register of unclaimed money (if known) are—

        (a)     the full name and last known address of the owner of the unclaimed money; and

        (b)     date of birth of the owner; and

        (c)     ABN or ACN of the owner; and

        (d)     a business reference for the owner of the unclaimed money; and

        (e)     a description of the unclaimed money; and

        (f)     the date the unclaimed money first became legally payable; and

        (g)     the gross amount of the unclaimed money.
