VICTORIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGET AMENDMENT (PRESCRIBED ACTIVITIES) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 24 OF 2013) - REG 19

    (1)     In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, in Part A, item 3A is revoked .

    (2)     In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, in Part B—

        (a)     the item headed "3A Abatement factor:" is revoked ;

        (b)     the item headed "3A Regional factor:" is revoked .

    (3)     In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, in Part C, item 3A is revoked .
