VICTORIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGET AMENDMENT (RELEVANT ENTITY AND OTHER MATTERS) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 96 OF 2013) - REG 7

After regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations, insert —

    " 12A     Relevant entity

For the purposes of the definition of relevant entity in section 3(1) of the Act, the State Electricity Commission of Victoria (ABN 58 155 836 293) is prescribed not to be a relevant entity.".
