In regulation 11(2) of the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Regulations 2008, for "published by the Australian Statistician in respect of the September quarter of the previous year" substitute "in original terms for the most recent reference period in which fell the September quarter of the previous year most recently published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics before the variation is made".
