VICTORIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGET AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2015 (SR NO 167 OF 2015) - REG 14

    (1)     In Schedule 32 to the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in the heading omit " REPLACING A REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CABINET ";

        (b)     for "Prescribed activity under regulation 6(3)(b): Decommissioning a refrigerated display cabinet that does not comply with the criteria specified in Part A of Schedule 32 and installing a product that complies with the criteria specified in Part A of Schedule 32 ." substitute "Prescribed activity under regulation 6(3)(b): Installing a refrigerated display cabinet that complies with the criteria specified in Part A of Schedule 32. ".

    (2)     In Schedule 32 to the Principal Regulations, in Part A, for item 32A substitute —

    "32A     A refrigerated display cabinet that is—

        (a)     rated as 'high efficiency' within the meaning of AS 1731.14-2003 published on 1 October 2003 and reissued July 2012 incorporating Amendment No. 2 when tested in accordance with—

              (i)     AS 1731.9-2003 published on 1 October 2003 and reissued December 2005 incorporating Amendment No. 1; and

              (ii)     AS 1731.12-2003 published on 1 October 2003 and reissued December 2005 incorporating Amendment No. 1; and

        (b)     listed on the ESC register.".

    (3)     In Schedule 32 to the Principal Regulations, in Part B—

        (a)     in the text after the heading to that Part omit "the decommissioning of a refrigerated display cabinet and";

        (b)     in the first item, for "(within the meaning of Appendix A of AS 1731.14-2003 published on 1 October 2003 and reissued December 2005 incorporating Amendment No. 1)" substitute "(within the meaning of Appendix A of AS 1731.14-2003 published on 1 October 2003 and reissued July 2012 incorporating Amendment No. 2)".

    (4)     In Schedule 32 to the Principal Regulations, in Part B, for column 3 of the Table substitute —
