VALUATION OF LAND (GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 41 OF 2009) - REG 6

After regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations insert —

    "     11     Oath of fidelity and secrecy

For the purposes of section 3A(3)(b) of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 , the prescribed oath of fidelity and secrecy is set out in Schedule 3.".
