VALUATION OF LAND (GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 78 OF 2007) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Valuation of Land (General and Supplementary Valuation) Regulations 2003—

        (a)     to prescribe the amount at, or above which certain information must be exchanged; and

        (b)         to prescribe the information to be provided by rating authorities to certain objectors.
