VETERINARY PRACTICE REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 7 OF 2008) - REG 7

For the purposes of section 16(3)(f) of the Act, the following information is the prescribed information to be included in the register ¾

        (a)     the person's professional qualifications;

        (b)     the date of his or her initial registration;

        (c)     his or her registration number;

        (d)     details of any cancellation of registration.
