VETERINARY PRACTICE REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 11 OF 2018) - REG 8

For the purposes of section 17(2)(c) of the Act, the following information is prescribed face="Symbol">¾

        (a)     the veterinary practitioner's name;

        (b)     the veterinary practitioner's qualifications that supported the application for registration as a veterinary practitioner;

        (c)     the date the certificate is issued.
