WILDLIFE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 103 OF 2009) - REG 5

    (1)         In Schedule 3 to the Wildlife Regulations 2002, under the heading " Birds " omit —    

        (a)     "Stubble Quail             Coturnix     pectoralis ";     and

        (b)     "Crested Pigeon     Ocyphaps     lophotes ";     and

        (c)     "Emerald Dove     Chalcophaps     indica ";     and

        (d)     "Common     Phaps     chalcoptera ";
Bronzewing     and

        (e)         "Hooded Parrot     Psephotus     dissimilis ";     and

        (f)     "Long-billed Corella     Cacatua         tenuirostris ";     and

        (g)     "Twenty-eight     Barnardius     zonarius
Parrot     semitorquatus ";     and

        (h)     "Scaly-breasted     Trichoglossus
Lorikeet         chlorolepidotus ";     and

              (i)     "Musk Lorikeet     Glossopsitta     concinna ".

    (2)             In Schedule 3 to the Wildlife Regulations 2002, under the heading " Birds ", for the entry relating to "Eclectus Parrot" substitute —

"Eclectus Parrot     Eclectus roratus     macgillivrayi ";

    (3)             In Schedule 3 to the Wildlife Regulations 2002, under the heading " Reptiles ", after the entry relating to "Pored Earless Dragon" insert —

"Southern Angle-headed     Hypsilurus spinipes ".
