Close seasons for Chital Deer and Rusa Deer removed from Schedule 2
For Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations substitute —
" PART 1—DEER
Hog Deer
Axis porcinus
From 30 minutes after sunset on the last day in April in each year to
30 minutes before sunrise on the first day in April in the next year
following.
Red Deer
Cervus elaphus
From 30 minutes after sunset on the last day in July in each year to
30 minutes before sunrise on the first day in June in the next year
following.
Sambar Deer
Cervus unicolor
When taken or hunted with scent-trailing hounds, from 30 minutes after sunset
on the last day of November in each year to 30 minutes before sunrise on the
second Saturday after Easter Sunday in the next year following.".
