WATER (RESOURCE MANAGEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 123 OF 2009) - REG 14

For regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations, substitute —

    "     19     Group applications

Despite regulations 5 to 18—

        (a)     in the case of a person who makes a water share transfer group application, the prescribed fee is 13·57 fee units;

        (b)     in the case of a person who makes a water share change group application, the prescribed fee is 11·43 fee units;

        (c)     in the case of a person who makes a water allocation group application, the prescribed fee is 6·04 fee units.".
