WILDLIFE REGULATIONS 2024 (SR NO 45 OF 2024) - REG 101

Wildlife farmer licences—wildlife must be captive‑bred

It is a condition of any wildlife farmer licence that the licence holder must ensure that wildlife bought, acquired or received under the licence has been—

        (a)     bred in captivity; or

        (b)     obtained from a source approved in writing by the Secretary.
