WILDLIFE REGULATIONS 2024 (SR NO 45 OF 2024) - REG 21

An application for the variation of a wildlife licence under section 23(2) or (3) of the Act must be in a form approved by the relevant body and contain the following information—

        (a)     details of the variation being sought;

        (b)     details of any changes to the information that was provided in the application for the issue of the wildlife licence;

        (c)     any other information required by the relevant body.
