Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 23(2) of the Act, the prescribed fee to be paid with an application for the variation of any wildlife licence, other than a licence in respect of specified birds, is 2 fee units.
(2) For the purposes of section 23(3) of the Act, the prescribed fee to be paid with an application for the variation of a wildlife licence in respect of specified birds is 2 fee units.
