Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of section 22A(3) of the Act, a game licence that allows a person to hunt, take or destroy non‑indigenous game birds specified in Part 4 of Schedule 2 on a game bird farm is subject to the condition that the person must not hunt, take or destroy game birds of that kind other than on a game bird farm.
