Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The Game Management Authority may give written permission to a person to carry out an activity specified in the permission for the purposes of the following regulations—
(a) regulation 41;
(b) regulation 42;
(c) regulation 46;
(d) regulation 62;
(e) regulation 68.
(2) The Secretary may give written permission to a
person to carry out an activity specified in the permission for the purposes
of regulation 47.
