WORKER SCREENING REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 2 OF 2021) - REG 4

The following Regulations are revoked —

        (a)     the Working with Children Regulations 2016 ^[1] ;

        (b)     the Working with Children Amendment (Reportable Conduct) Regulations 2017 ^[2] .
