ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 76 OF 2021) - REG 4

Definitions

In these Regulations—

"dealer" means a licensed motor car trader within the meaning of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 ;

"the Act" means the Zero and Low Emission Vehicle Distance-based Charge Act 2021 .
