Museum of Victoria to be place of lodgment

20A. Museum of Victoria to be place of lodgment





(1) The Museum of Victoria shall be the official place of lodgment of relics
which are the property of the Crown.



(2) All portable relics which are the property of the Crown or which are
directed by the Minister to be removed to a place of safe storage under
section 22(3) shall be entrusted to the care of the Director of the Museum of
Victoria to be lodged in the Museum of Victoria, unless the Minister after
consulting the Minister for the Arts, otherwise determines.
