8. Secretary



(1) A secretary to the Advisory Committee and any employees that are necessary
for the purposes of this Act are to employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004.







(2) The secretary to the Advisory Committee shall keep minutes of all meetings
of the Advisory Committee and carry out other secretarial duties required by
that Committee or the Secretary.
